If you’re returning to UL Lafayette to complete your undergraduate degree, you should apply for re-admission and follow the steps on this page.

Late Applications

Late applications may be accepted before July 31 with a $25 late fee.

You have to submit your application by these deadlines to enroll.

Unsure About Requirements?

If you’re not sure about whether or not you meet the requirements, email admissions@louisiana.edu.

You are required to have a 1.5 cumulative GPA to be considered for readmission to UL Lafayette. If you are on academic suspension, you need to appeal your suspension before you can apply for readmission. To be granted admissions, you must be eligible to return to all previous institutions of enrollment.

The cumulative GPA requirement includes coursework completed at all colleges or universities you have attended, including UL Lafayette, community colleges, or other institutions.

Transcripts

Transcripts for Re-Entry Admissions

If you attended other institutions, contact the Registrar's Office at those schools and ask them to email or mail your transcripts directly to the Âé¶¹´«Ã½AV Office of Undergraduate Admissions.

If UL Lafayette is the only institution you’ve attended, you don’t need to send in transcripts.

Immunization Form

You won’t be allowed to register for classes until the University has received and approved your proof of immunization.

Immunization Form

All incoming students must submit an immunization form before you can register for classes. You can submit it at the same time or after your admissions application.

You must be screened for tuberculosis (TB) and be immunized against measles, mumps, rubella, tetanus-diphtheria.

Complete and submit the Immunization Form. Email immunizations@louisiana.edu with questions.

Selective Service Registration

Males between 18 and 26 years old are required to register with the Selective Service and provide proof of registration to Undergraduate Admissions. .

Application Fee

When you apply, you’ll need to pay the $25 non-refundable application fee with a card, check or money order.
